I would expect they follow generic rules - also written in the bathroom and do not change towels that are not on the floor, instead they switched all, no reason. "Great hotel, staff really friendly... the room is greatly equipped, although it would be good to have the shampoo and soap separately, still I rated the room with 5 stars. The bed and pillows are excellent!! The TV options also great and flexible allowing me to screen from my phone.... I didn't see an option to book the room with a Spa entrance in the Hotels.com so I assumed I have the access to the spa, which was not the case and a bit misleading... Anyway since I didn't had too much time to spend the spa I still rated the hotel with 5 stars. Need to consider this for future reservations. Thx, Moshe"
